Of Good And Evil

It is shockingly amusing how we are -in majority- the most pretentious show-offy braggy society and yet we are so scared of being envied for it. If you believe that you have something that others might want and envy you for,
and you believe that that could affect you and hurt you,
then please stop showing it off, live moderately and stop obsessing that you and what you have consumes so much emotions and importance from other people.
Or might as well stop living or practicing anything or being anyone,
because, you know, people would envy you and that would totally ruin your life.

Don't get me wrong I do know that "العين حق" and I do understand the religious dimension of it, but what annoys me is how people live on without understanding the practical realistic -or you could say the scientific- dimension of it.

I have done a  lot of thinking about this and I do believe in it in the sense that we are created of much more than what we could sense with our five senses. Our being is not just a physically tangible entity,  everything in us is formed of molecules and atoms, of a continuous flow and orbiting electrons creating energy fields surrounding us.
Have you ever been near a person and felt happy, joyess,  or at ease just by being there without needing to know them or even talk to them? Have you ever experienced the opposite?
Every emotion we feel has its effect on the space surrounding us, if I feel envy, hate, frustration around one person it would catch on them unless their own energy surrounding them antagonised it.
That's why reciting verses from Quraan helps in protecting by making us feel better enhancing our protective energy,
same for why we need to say "mashallah" making sure we are reminded not to omit negative energy
Which also means that we make ourselves vulnerable by being obsessed about it.

Someone last week  -I honestly can't recall who-  told me l shouldn't let my class know how much I know or how good I am "عشان عيونهم " If we lived by that principle we will end up fearing being good at what we are good at,
we will end up inhibited,
constrained within hypothetical situations,  which would be so very real for us because our brains have this synthetic power, and God I have seen way too many people living miserably that way.

Always remember that people around you don't care about your existence and what you do with it as much as you think they do. And that there is always a better  simpler explanation that could be handled that is way more reasonable than a vodo vodo explanation that you cannot do anything about.
